Do the same with sit-ups & make yourself a pull-up bar too. It's nothing to be ashamed of if you have to modify your goals, but don't give up on them. Increase the numbers as you progress. Take a walk. Skip 2 days & take another one, just a little bit longer. Say hi to everyone you pass while walking. Some people will respond, others won't. Try watching a youtoober called Hybrid Calesthenics. He will get you started. Vigorous exercise will make you feel good. Getting outside, having different activities & goals will (slowly) give your life some balance. I hope you give this a try. Best of luck to you!

If we switched our first choice to the remaining door, we'd fall into a black hole and time would cease to exist for us. So, IMHO I debunked this video.

I drove my 1999, 6cyl, 4.0L Jeep XJ for 25,000 miles over that span of time on conventional oil. (If I remember correctly, I did add a couple of quarts during that run). When you try to stretch one, the other got worse. I used calcium (foods & supplements) for 2 years and that helped, but had 2 kidney stones. Then I tried potassium (foods & supplements) , but that never helped. If I ever go to a doctor & get a blood draw, I'll ask to have the Mg level checked.

I have noticed that if I was really hunting, I should get the shot off quickly, because they can suddenly move around the trunk of a tree and disappear.   471. Lilly, this may sound like a strange idea, but it works very well. 40 years ago my girlfriend taught me to throw the meat directly on the red hot coals. After 2 or 3 minutes, flip it over on another area of red hot coals & leave it for 2 more minutes (depending on thickness). The meat cooks wonderfully. A couple of coals might stick, but most don't & the ones that do can be brushed right off. Much better than a rusty old grill. This is also great entertainment if you have a guest, and they will be amazed at the outcome, as I was the first time I tried it. If you try this method, let me know if you liked it. I tell my friends it's the caveman kitchen. Also, a can of beans can be heated right in the can they come in. Just don't overheat the can because, at least here in US, some cans have a lining. Edit: I went to 3 stores B4 I found a "corn broom" - wooden handle & straw bristles. Made in China, but bought 2 of them anyway. Also, looking over my scissors. Yes, plastic handles, but 35 years old, used almost daily. They are in great condition. Made in Solingen, Germany. No idea what I paid for them 35 years ago.

That made it pretty much impossible for the average citizen to afford a shotgun with a barrel less than 18" long. I don't see the logic. Pistols and revolvers could carry as much or more ammunition in smaller package. Criminals with access to a vise and a hacksaw could cut a barrel to any length they wanted. The law only affects people like you & I, who obey the law. (Well, I assume you would!)

It stayed good on bare metal for many years, but only about 3 years on the areas that had been rusty. I think rust is like a cancer. Hard to stop.

Its best for areas that don't need to be pretty because you apply it to lightly sanded or wire brushed rust. Goes on white, then chem reaction, & it turns black. Don't use on clean, bare metal. Your other choices of primer are better. Best of luck to whatever project you do!

This evidence will never come to light because it will be destroyed 22 months after Nov-2020 per law. The number of dead people voting, people voting in two states, mail in ballots being counted without being requested, the fact that Trump's vote tally dropped the same night Biden's went up, and poll observers being kept far away so they couldn't observe anything tells me there was significant election fraud. Personally, I received two mail in ballots, one for me, & one for a person that stayed at my house for a few months before moving out of my state. (I tore up her ballot).

My father, brother, sister & cousins also suffer(ed) greatly from leg cramps. I do a lot of hiking, skiing etc, but I know that chronically, I do not hydrate as much as I should. I remember pulling my sister's ski boot off on the slope, so I could push her toes straight when they cramped. It's really a curse. My doc used to prescribe quinine sulfate, but it was only for use when a cramp had started (by then it was too late) or if I had twitchy warning signs that a cramp might be coming later. Most times that I've experienced them were at night from a sound sleep.

If you wait another few years, there's no telling what new anti-fun regulations the DMV will have dreamed up to prevent you from registering your old vehicle.   1949. Lilly, I've seen pictures of these hooks in science books when I was a kid, and always wanted to catch a fish using Native American technology. However, I can't seem to catch a fish even with monofilament and a store bought metal hook that has barbs. I can see the fish in the brook, but they don't bite. For me, a shotgun might work best when I can see them swimming around.
