I worked with black people. Some of them nice, some not, but with respect to IQ it seems, based on my impression, that they are not as intelligent, attentive to detail as white people in average. They also have tendency to cut corners, or to do the opposite - to inflate a relatively small task into unnecessary large effort, which seems to demonstrate a lack of good judgement. As for the emotional intelligence - they tend to explode when disagree and have difficulty to control their emotions. Of course, my limited personal experience can not be taken as statistical representation.
