There will be no military victory for the Russian Federation. On the ground, the Ukrainians will tear the Russians. Russian soldiers have no motivation. They do not understand why they should give their only life and health. Ukraine did not attack Russia. This war is the result of the fact that the Russian dictator, after 21 years in power, went crazy. For a Russian man, this is a weak reason to fight to the end. The Russians will surrender or desert at the first opportunity. Ukrainians know what they are fighting for. You cannot imagine the degree of hatred towards Russian aggressors in Ukraine. This is the 2nd Afghanistan, but unlike Afghanistan, Ukraine is well-armed, well-educated, will receive a lend-lease from the United States, and in the Russian Federation, in a couple of months, population unrest will begin due to the devastating sanctions.
NATO is already dignifying the grouping behind Ukraine's back. While I am writing these lines, F-35 squadrons are landing at the airfields of Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia, aircrafts that are hardly visible to Russian air defense systems.

The Geneva Conventions are only applicable if both parties to the conflict adhere to them. During World War II, in response to Germany's violation of international rules of war, the Allies began systematically destroying German cities, mercilessly killing civilians. Cruel? Undoubtedly. Not fair? Not at all: it was the civilian population of Germany that brought Hitler to power. There was not a single military installation in either Hiroshima or Nagasaki. But the civilian population of these cities, like all of Japan, was forced to pay for supporting the government’s militaristic policies. It was this forced cruelty that allowed us to defeat fascism.
Therefore, as long as we, the infidels, comply with the Geneva Conventions, and while our enemies are jihadists, and these are almost all Muslims, because the quintessence of Islam is Jihad, they will not comply with the Geneva Conventions, we are doomed. Our fall will not happen overnight. This will be the gradual dying of the Christian-Jewish civilization.
And when we reach the point of no return, one of two things will happen:
1. We will submit to the Muslims and convert to Islam, no matter how disgusting it may be to us. After this we will have to forget about ballet, evening dresses and wine. But there will also be advantages: you will be able to have 4 wives at the same time.
2. A leader like Churchill or Reagan will emerge. We will forget about the Geneva Conventions and start fighting for real, like lions, to save ourselves.

The European Union will not consider removing Hamas from its list of terrorist organizations so long as it refrains from demonstrating "respect for human rights".
Here is a simple sanity test: is it good or bad? The answer is, this is very good for everybody.
This is why it's good for the Jews. First, it shows Eurabia's opposition to a terrorist organization created specifically for the purpose of killing Jews. Second, it indirectly acknowledges that Jews are also human. Can we possibly ask for more without becoming obnoxious in that unique, unmistakably Jewish way?
But it is also good for Hamas. First, it implies that Eurabia's authorities are not planning to prosecute Hamas for the hundreds of murders committed by its members, and, therefore, it's okay to murder Jews, as long as their human rights are not violated in the process. Second, it promises that as soon as Hamas leaders find an opportune moment to issue an insincere statement asserting their profound respect for human rights, their organization will no longer be blacklisted. This will allow Eurabian governments to finance and arm Hamas without having to use as intermediaries those charitable organizations with minarets that grow all over the Old Continent.
And, last but not least, it is good for Eurabia, because it maintains an illusion that what was formerly known as Europe still has something left of its old dignity.

Hamas Constitution objective says: destruction of the State of Israel and all its Jewish population. Hamas is crystal clear that they are not willing to live in peace with IL as the Jewish State in any from, shape and size. Hamas does not care that Bible says that Israel is the Jewish Land. And as the terrorists and mass-murderers they indeed should not care.
In contrast to your opinion Hamas deliberately target civilians. They shot rocket from Gaza to the Israeli cities, incl. schools, residential areas with the purpose of killing innocent civilians. Basically they do what Russians, Hamas allies, do in Ukraine these days. So, Russia, like Hamas, also qualify for being named as the Terrorist State.
How Hamas uses bombs and guns to explode the civilian infrastructure and shot civilians on the Israeli streets you know without my reminder...
So, in summary Hamas is the terrorist organization like ISIS, Al-Kaida, Hezbollah, Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Islamic Jihad, Muslim Brotherhood and Russian FSB (KGB). With exception of KGB, they all are Islamic. Now it is your turn to remind me that Islam is the religion of peace and love...
