  1. It is not about racism! The USA language is ENGLISH. If you are not willing to speak English, stay in your camel-stan alongside your beloved camels, or in South America or in China or any other backward dictatorship. Language you speak is not about color of your skin, it is not about your race. If you recently immigrated it is OK to speak English slow, with thick accent or/and make grammar errors. But if you love your new country and its culture you must improve your English over time. If you do not like your new country, its language, tradition, values and culture - see my advise above.

Prove me wrong and respond if you are willing that, say, Russian and Chinese and Hungarian and Persian and Arabic and any language that you can think of became part of the USA business practice? Are you willing to practice business in this mess when people do not understand each other? So if Russians and Persians and Arabs were able to learn English why Mexicans are so exclusive? If I visit any business and they speak to me language of, say, Tumba-Mumba African tribe that I do not understand, they discriminate against me as my right to be served in the commonly expected language.
