I see around in the office many ppl of color who do not know how to do their job, but were hired just thanks to the color of their skin. It is disgusting. If we are in the 6-th wave, then why my employer, which is the municipal government, wants me to be in the office at least 3 days a week, while I can do perfectly my work remotely and more efficiently at home, without being disturbed by my co-workers with the small talk and by my boss who likes to show up in my office every 2 hours to demonstrate his power? Why my employer is ready to spend millions of the taxpayer dollars on the renting the needless offices and why the climate change lobby and activists are not concerned about the carbon footprint that my car contributes because at least 3 days a week I drive my car 50 km a day?
