  1. In my view this all - is not problem of police, but society. Mixing different cultures was and is bad idea. You cannot teach Africans overnight to obey the law and solve conflicts peacefully. It took hundreds of years of evolution for white people. Now, are we going to wait another hundreds of years when Africans will learn the anger management and conflict resolution? Do Africans understand the meaning of word "compromise"? Diversity and Inclusion is the formula of disaster. The sooner USA and Canada will reject this catastrophic ideology the better. First, we should understand this simple fact. Then we should think how to solve the problem we created.
