  2. I agree with you 100%. And it is false that a narrative is established by inserting errors into it. IN fact, that is how a narrative is destroyed, by inserting errors and creating doubt into it. Point in fact is the cigarrete debate where emergin science in the 1960's, pointing to the hazards of cigarette smoking, was countered by a cabal of cigarrete companies that bought science and studies which inserted errors and created doubt into the narrative that cigarette smoking is bad for you. The efforts of the cigarette companies to create doubt and derail this narrative failed but only after several decades....now however, there is more than enough science data that there is no debate: cigarrette smoking is bad for you.

Similarly, a warming planet is bad for you, in the long term.....
