This climate report is propaganda. The CSI (Climate Shift Index) is based on the relative frequency of daily temperatures in the current climate and in a world without human-caused climate change. Unfortunately, one cannot prove that changes in the climate are man-made, but here it is presented as a fact. To provide proof of this one would need to observe another Earth-like planet to which no extra CO2 had been added. This is obviously impossible. It is untestable. It is unverifiable. It is not a fact. It is not Science.
