In which the Russian Federation, United States and the United Kingdom guarenteed the independence and territorial integrity of Belarus, Kazahkstan and Ukraine. Well we have seen how that turned out didn't we? Not to mention the occupation of Transnistria, Moldova and the invasion of Georgia and with it the occupation of South Ossetia and Abkhazia. Both Moldova and Georgia being fellow members of the Commonwealth of Independence States at the time of Russian aggresion. Georgia has left the organisation now obviously. So yeah Russia doesn't really have a record of being the most reliable neighbour now has it?
