  1. I'd say, send a UN peacekeeping mission to secure the site after both Russia and Ukraine have left the area.

  2.  @_nom_  yeah but for now let's demilitarize it. Ukraine would agree with it as they don't want to fight in an NPP (for obvious reason) and this way Russia can't cry that the UN is biased. Most important thing is to make sure the Russians won't be able to use it for nuclear blackmail. If the NPP would be secured by the UN and they ensure that it keeps working, I don't think UA would mind for now.
