  1. @onlyfacts3178  nope, they actually moved there from Russia. Most Russians living in Latvia came there during the USSR, at which point Latvia existed as the Latvian SSR and was an equal to Russia within the USSR. Not to mention the fact that Latvia existed in the interwar period with the independence recognized by the USSR. So twisting history aren't we?

  3. ​ @Rb39-ej5hh difference being that the Russians in the Baltic States are colonists )). Brought there by an imperialist power who still uses these colonists to put pressure on these independent states
