What do they teach you in Russia lol? article 5, which obliges all NATO members to join a war, is only in defensive wars. Because article 5 says that "an attack on one, is an attack on all". So Finland will only be involved in a war with Russia if they attack Finland or another NATO country. Not when a NATO country would attack Russia lol. You have showed your ignorance.

комиссар полиции обвиняет Ukraine was neutral in 2014 when you invaded Crimea and instigated a civil war. Georgia was neutral when you invaded them in 2008. Moldova is neutral and yet you threaten them and you're occupying part of their country, so what are you on about? Russia wants these countries neutral so they're easy targets for expansion.

@thornelderfin well in some of these cases they didn't invade themselves but were engaged in a proxy conflict yeah. Russia itself is a colonial empire created by conquest. But even if we indeed just look at Russia's behaviour since it's declaration of independence from the USSR, it has shown aggressive tendencies to it's neighbours yes. Not threating them as equals but more as Russian autonomous states. So yeah the victim mentality is getting old indeed. They always blame the west for their own actions.

@Alex-pj8nz Do you have any geographic knowledge? lol. Sweden and Finland joining NATO will effectively encircle Kaliningrad. it will effectively make the Baltic Sea a NATO lake. So yeah good luck to the Russian Baltic Fleet then. Not to mention how close Saint Petersburg is to the Finnish border. Finland joining NATO is a huge threat to Russia's second largest city lol. In case of war Saint Petersburg can not easily be blocked because both Finland and Estonia are NATO members. Not to mention that Finland joining also threatens Russia's artic ports lol.
