@kam2894 no not really. In many Western countries, including mine, there has been a change in that we now look more critically at our own history and mistakes. Ironically this makes history more human as well. Humans make mistakes and do bad things, so it doesn't make sense for the history of your country to be glorious and perfect, nor its present. For example here in my country they revealed the country was involved in more civilians deaths in Iraq, as a result of the bombings of IS locations, then was reported. It is investigated in the public domain and there is alot of critism on how this could have happend. Meanwhile Russians are like "Russian forces never attack civilains" meanwhile they drop a rocket meant to sink an aircraft carrier, on a flat in Dnipro.

@guillegui6487 it would be if Russia had changed. Just like you can not blame modern Germany for the actions of the nazis. However modern Russia is EXACTLY the same just with a different ideology and name.

@Dudush90 whilst I don't agree with the Belgrade bombings and think it was a disgraceful way to stop the genocide of Albanians by Serbs, this was nothing like what Russia does in Ukraine. Besides the fact it is whataboutism as the actions of NATO 24 years ago doesn't justify Russian actions now, it is not even good whataboutism. If you use whataboutism, atleast do it properly and had said the American invasion of Iraq for example.

@TFactory is is called "liberation" after all your liberated from your life.

@Stretch 4u I always felt like the allies in ww2 decided to accept what they saw as the smaller evil in order to defeat the bigger evil. Churchill was right in the end but yeah operation unthinkable was not realistic.

@Надежда Ильина even Stalin said that without American landlease the USSR would have lost. Lol maybe you should learn history instead of Russian myths. The war was a combined victory, not just a Soviet one.
2
@Илья-у1ю and ironically you are the one behaving like the Germans with your Z 😂🤦♂️
2
@Надежда Ильина big part was pro German? Let's see the countries occupied by Germany: Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Czech Republic, Poland, Yugoslavia, Greece and Norway. Yeah really being pro German when you're occupied by them
2
@Надежда Ильина yes Germany had allies in Europe, one of them being the USSR before operation Barbarossa. You are hilariously calling out others for historical knowledge without knowing your own history yourself. Only myths. Before you start, I have a history major specialized in Eastern European history in particular Soviet and Post Soviet history of Russia and Ukraine
2
@MsNinich Romania was litterally forced to join the Nazis due to Soviet actions against them. How delusional are you?
1
Александр Иванов "all of Europe" yeah belief your propaganda even more. Most European nations were occupied and actually part of the allies. Stop spreading your myths orc.
1
Александр Иванов "USSR did not kill peaceful Germans" mate are you aware of what the Soviets did when entering Germany (and even already in Poland). Besides Katyn in Poland, bro have you ever heard of the raping that happend in for example Berlin? What are you on about. Stop believing in fairy tales mate
1
@Manntashsh-Pyrre "all of Europe" thanks mate. Me as a decendant of a Dutch resistance fighter trully appreciate that. Moron. Most countries in Europe fought the nazis.
1
@fidder06 hahaha Russian is an irrelevant language.
1
@言行一致 lol why of all the languages that I speak, do you use Dutch? xD but yeah I agree mate. You could also send it in Russian as I speak that too. Or Ukrainian just to piss off the orcs. Слава Україні! / Слава Украине!

I love them all talking about how we want to take their land for their resources. No, now we don't lol. You can keep your resources, we rather develop our countries. We rather focus on having longer lives (higher average lifespan than in Russia) and a higher standard of living. Would be great if Russia starts focussing on itself too and starts tackling its alcoholism problem and most important its population decline. But then again people often think others behave the way like they do, Russia invades a peaceful neighbour so in it's mind they think we'll do so too. But nope there is nothing in Russia anyone here would want to die for in a war.
