@Танита Ким and the orc with whataboutism. What does your comment add? Nothing. What Russia does is horrible, as what f*cking Prince Harry did. What he did doesn't matter one bit that killing on the battlefield is horrible, eventhough it technically isn't illegal. But I think your comment perfectly shows the mindset of alot of Russian people.

@Harley Quinn actually he is correct. The things you mention in regards to killing on the battlefield, apply only to active combatants. The point is, he isn't an active combatant as he doesn't fight for the Russian army. Mercenaries are not considered active combatants and are not protected by the Geneva conventions. Meaning that according to international law, he hasn't committed warcrimes, no he has committed murder for all Ukrainian soldiers he killed, as again, he is not considered a soldier in the Geneva conventions (which means he can also be prosecuted for said killings).
