@zoezulma594 the point he was making is that Russia officially doesn't consider itself to be at war with Ukraine. it's only conducting a "special military operation". whilst in the cases you mention, the US did consider itself at war, just didn't declare the war.

@kbob9625 for saying something that is unrelated to the OP's comment? yeah really shows having a brain. the guy didn't say that you couldn't be at war if you don't formally declare a war. He says that Russia doesn't consider itself at war (atleast not with Ukraine), as they have said themselves countless times. after all they're just conducting a "special military operation" right?

@kbob9625 no I didn't. I pointed to the fact that you apparently feel the need to insult someone else while I actually said you were right. I pointed to the fact that its unnecessary to insult someone when discussing something. That's not ad hominem at all. Again you apparently feel the need to insult me while I said you were right. It invalidates a point that you try to make if you constantly unnecessarily try to insult someone else. That was the whole point I try to make.

@kbob9625 difference being that English is your first and native language, it isn't mine. Let's speak in my native language instead? Secondly, I am not trying to insult you whilst for some reason you feel obliged to try to insult me at every possibility. Which actually makes me want to ask you if this gives you some satisfaction or something? To try and insult someone you don't know and who actually agreed with you. It seems you're so hellbent on arguing with someone that even when someone does agree with you, apparently you still have to continue insulting someone. I consider myself above this behaviour to be honest. But if it makes you happy mate.
