  3.  @genem895 it's a southern Russian accent yes. Which isn't the accent only Ukrainians have when they speak Russian. Besides the fact that people in the Donbass speak like this as well, the regions just across the border, including Kursk, Belgorod, Voronezh, Rostov etc. Have the same accent.
