@andersjjensen Sure they were the first? I remember we had some soldiers from one of the Baltic States in Holstbro in the early part of 95 taking part in the preparations for what ended up as the last UNPROFOR deployment!

Thank you once again for sharing your perspective Anders! As I understand it, the Dam wasn’t completely destroyed - so isn’t there a risk that they can blow up the rest and cause further flooding? I’m quite convinced the Russians was sure Ukraine was going to start their offensive in the region south of the dam and wanted to stop it and shorten the frontline…. But hey,that’s just my perspective! Thank you for giving us your analysis on the topic - I really appreciate your videos a lot and recommend them to everyone I know! @andersjjensen Okay, was just curious. Oh, and unless you’re mistaken on which year it was - and yes, it feels like it was at least a couple of centuries ago - but don't you then mean SFOR? Our mandate for IFOR ended just before Christmas in 96 and SFOR was the successor…. So if it was 97, you must have been SFOR (NORDPOL at Tuzla), unless you were at NSE in Hungary? Anyway, it was back "when the King of Diamonds was still the Jack" so I might remember it wrong.. LOL
