And let's don't pretend they would actually do something with it. The "good boys" of "rules based international order" had been fireing on un troops (ironic). They will soon blame the troops for even being deployed there as per orders of security council. The state in the levant also tried to order them arround which they have no right to do. Only SC has the power to estabilish, deploy and dissolve un troops. No other state.
