  2. While NATO was not talking about expansion into CIS (Ex-USSR alliance), then no conflicts from Putin until 2008 when NATO expressed wish to expand. And Putin had warned about CIS red lines in Munich in 2007 beforehand

  5. Instead she should have closed all machiene plants and heavy industry and left millions of Germans unemployed or move to China where resources are cheap and jobs plenty. Or maybe she wasn't that bad after all?
