Think about it. It's obvious that only surgeons or dentists can open lorries like this. They have to surgically open the tailgate (wound!) making sure the driver (Patient!) is unaware (Still anesthetized!). Then slowly enter the cavity to and search for a good hiding spot (Similar to removing the growth!). And once they're completed this surgical operation and the rest of the medical team are in situ, someone else closes up the tailgate 8-))...

Why do they do this? Why don't they just go to the beach and our Border Farce or or woke RNLI (Relentlessly Now Laundering Illegals!) will just pick them up for free!? ;-))...
