@drgnfly1007 I've never, in 50+ years of being an adult AND a Manhattan resident, heard of a board meeting being held at a convention center because they're arenas. Conference facilities, i.e. board rooms, including in hotels, yes. Convention centers, no. Rock concerts, sport events, dog shows, industry events, political rallies, COVID vaccines, etc. are held at the likes of MSG and the Javits Center.

@thekeysman6760 not everyone of "Jewish descent" is Jewish. In order to be Jewish, you need to have born of a certifiably Jewish mother, i.e. one whose, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, et al. are/were Jewish. The only other way to be Jewish is to have had an Orthodox conversion, e.g. like Ivanka Kushner. Her kids are Jewish because she is, not because of their father. Fulfilling either criterion qualifies you as 100% Jewish (regardless of the father). If you fail to meet one or the other of those criteria, you're not Jewish.
As to family businesses being passed down, they're hardly exclusive to Jews.
