The Hague – October 8, 2024 The Hind Rajab Foundation, a branch of the March 30 Movement, has filed an unprecedented and historic complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC) against 1,000 Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) soldiers for war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide in Gaza, Palestine. These individuals, all of whom have been identified by name, are accused of participating in systematic attacks against civilians during the ongoing genocide in Gaza. This complaint, supported by over 8,000 pieces of verifiable evidence—including videos, audio recordings, forensic reports, and social media documentation—demonstrates the soldiers' direct involvement in these atrocities. All of the named soldiers were located in Gaza during the genocidal assault, and the evidence reveals their participation in violations of international law.

Here is the full text of Aloni’s letter, which has been translated from Hebrew:
“To the commanders who have accompanied me in recent weeks, it seems that we will part ways tomorrow, but I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your extraordinary humanity that you have shown towards my daughter Emilia. You treated her like your own. You welcomed her in your room whenever she walked in. She says that you are all her friends, not just acquaintances. You are her true and good loved ones. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the countless hours you spent with her as caregivers. Thank you for being patient with her and showering her with sweets, fruits, and everything available, even if it wasn’t readily accessible. Children should not be in captivity, but thanks to you and other kind-hearted individuals and leaders we have met during our presence here, my daughter considered herself a queen in Gaza and felt like she was the center of the world. We did not meet a single person, whether a member or leader, during our long stay [in Gaza] who did not treat her with kindness, tenderness, and love. I will forever be a captive of gratitude because she will not leave this place with a permanent psychological trauma. I will remember your kind manners, which you showed in here despite the difficult situation you were coping with yourselves, and the heavy losses that befell you here in Gaza. I wish in this world that we could be really good friends one day. I wish you all good health and well-being. Health and love to you and your families. Thank you very much. Daniel and Emilia.

Israel Is Guilty of Apartheid, Human Rights Watch Says for First Time. ICC PROBE: The International Criminal Court's prosecutor said in March that she would formally investigate war crimes in the Palestinian territories, after ICC judges ruled that the court had jurisdiction there. The Palestinian Authority welcomed the ruling but Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu denounced it as anti-Semitism and said Israel does not recognize the court’s authority. HRW called on the ICC prosecutor to "investigate and prosecute individuals credibly implicated" in apartheid and persecution. HRW also said Israel's 2018 "nation state" law - declaring that only Jews have the right of self-determination in the country - "provides a legal basis to pursue policies that favor Jewish Israelis to the detriment" of the country's 21% Arab minority, who regularly complain of discrimination. Palestinians seek the West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem, areas captured in the 1967 conflict, for a future state. Under interim peace deals with Israel, Palestinians have limited self-rule in the West Bank; Hamas runs Gaza.
A Threshold Crossed, Israeli Authorities and the Crimes of Apartheid and Persecution The 213-page report, “A Threshold Crossed: Israeli Authorities and the Crimes of Apartheid and Persecution,” examines Israel’s treatment of Palestinians. It presents the present-day reality of a single authority, the Israeli government, ruling primarily over the area between the Jordan River and Mediterranean Sea, populated by two groups of roughly equal size, and methodologically privileging Jewish Israelis while repressing Palestinians, most severely in the occupied territory.

“Between ourselves it must be clear that there is no room for both peoples together in this country. We shall not achieve our goal if the Arabs are in this small country. There is no other way than to transfer the Arabs from here to neighboring countries – all of them. Not one village, not one tribe should be left.” Joseph Weitz, head of the Jewish Agency’s Colonization Department in 1940. A Solution to the Refugee Problem” Joseph Weitz, Davar, September 29, 1967, cited in Uri Davis and Norton Mevinsky, eds., Documents from Israel, 1967-1973, p.21.

The Hague – October 8, 2024
The Hind Rajab Foundation, a branch of the March 30 Movement, has filed an unprecedented and historic complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC) against 1,000 Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) soldiers for war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide in Gaza, Palestine.

ICC PROBE: A Threshold Crossed, Israeli Authorities and the Crimes of Apartheid and Persecution The 213-page report, “A Threshold Crossed: Israeli Authorities and the Crimes of Apartheid and Persecution,” examines Israel’s treatment of Palestinians.

B’Tselem, The paper is titled “A Regime of Jewish Supremacy from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea: This Is Apartheid.” The paper makes the case that what looks like apartheid—which the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court defines as “inhumane acts” committed under a “regime of systematic oppression and domination by one racial group over any other racial group or groups”—ought to be called apartheid.

The only solution is what Iran has already proposed and that the head of US GOV officials, live on TV, so the world can watch, make an official announcement of the removal of all sanctions; pay damages by imposing inhumane illegal economic sanctions against Iranian nation and for violating and unilaterally leaving the treaty/agreement they signed.. and that US will not retaliate nor pressure nor sanction or bully companies Banks, financial institutions which decide to start doing business with IRAN. So far US refused, they're not going live. What us wants will not get from Iran. Words, signed paper, assurances behind closed doors will not be enough for Iran this time. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. US has a long history of violating its own treaties; they violated and brook almost every treaty they signed with Native American Tribes, over three hundred of them...

@אוריה-ז7ע The UN published its biweekly report on the humanitarian situation in the Palestinian territories. As usual, Israeli soldiers and settlers carried out arrests and attacks, and caused property damage, including uprooting hundreds of Palestinian farmers’ trees. On 5 January, at the Gush Etzion junction (Hebron), a 25-year-old Palestinian man [allegedly] approached the security coordinator of an Israeli settlement and threw a knife at him, following which the latter shot and killed him, according to Israeli sources. [NOTE: IMEMC indicates that Israeli soldiers offered no evidence to support their claim of an attack.] On 13 January, at a checkpoint in the old city of Hebron, a Palestinian man reportedly tried to stab a Border Police officer and was then shot and injured by Israeli forces. The day before, at Qalandiya checkpoint (Jerusalem), a Palestinian man reportedly attacked an Israeli security guard with a screwdriver and was subsequently arrested. 79 Palestinians, including 14 children, were injured across the West Bank in clashes with Israeli forces. BTW it is called Palestine and occupies territories.

@ziyad5368 You uneducated troll: Apart from petroleum, Iran's other natural resources include natural gas, coal, chromium, copper, iron ore, lead, manganese, zinc and Sulphur, the country also produces aluminum, gold, manganese and uranium, of which last it reportedly has the world's tenth largest reserves. As well as base and other metals, the Iran mining industry has also produced, and still does produce, a number of significant metals.

@zelda.1776 Jerusalem, Elia or Al-Quds all are the names of a blessed and holy city. It’s the city of most Prophets: Abraham, Lot, Ishmael, Issac, Jacob, Joseph, David, Solomon, Zechariah, John and Jesus. Furthermore, it is the ascension place of Prophet Muhammad from the earth to the heavens at the night of Isra and Miraj, where he prayed with all Prophets at the Al-Aqsa Mosque
It is also called Bait Al-Maqdis (Al Aqsa Mosque)

ICC PROBE: A Threshold Crossed, Israeli Authorities and the Crimes of Apartheid and Persecution The 213-page report, “A Threshold Crossed: Israeli Authorities and the Crimes of Apartheid and Persecution,” examines Israel’s treatment of Palestinians. B’Tselem, a leading Israeli human-rights organization, has been documenting the violations of human rights in the occupied Palestinian territories since 1989. Earlier this month, it issued a position paper announcing that it has decided to draw a line. The paper is titled “A Regime of Jewish Supremacy from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea: This Is Apartheid.” The paper makes the case that what looks like apartheid—which the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court defines as “inhumane acts” committed under a “regime of systematic oppression and domination by one racial group over any other racial group or groups”—ought to be called apartheid.

I advise to stop posting lies and unsubstantiated claims.

@Hg31415 It is called "filastin" aka Palestine has been controlled by many kingdoms and powers, including Ancient Egypt, Persia, Alexander, Romans, and several Muslim dynasties, and the Crusaders. In modern times, the area was ruled by the Ottoman Empire, then the United Kingdom and since 1948 it has been divided into Israel, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
Muslim ruling dynasties succeeded each other as they wrestled control of 'filastin" aka Palestine: the Rashiduns; the Umayyads....
The region was among the earliest in the world to see human habitation, agricultural communities and civilization. The Canaanites established independent city-states that were influenced by the surrounding civilizations, among them Egypt, which ruled the area in the Late Bronze Age. Do your own search and stop posting nonsese.

@sinabagherisarvestani8924 The only solution is what Iran has already proposed and that the head of US GOV officials, live on TV, so the world can watch, make an official announcement of the removal of all sanctions; pay damages for imposing inhumane illegal economic sanctions against Iranian nation and for violating and unilaterally leaving the treaty/agreement they signed.. and that US will not retaliate nor pressure nor sanction or bully companies Banks, financial institutions which decide to start doing business with IRAN. So far US refused, they're not going live. What us wants will not get from Iran. Words, signed paper, assurances behind closed doors will not be enough for Iran this time. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. US has a long history of violating its own treaties; they violated and brook almost every treaty they signed with Native American Tribes, over three hundred of them...And no Iran should and will not reduce its enrichments capacities and US and others should release all Iranian frozen Assets and money all at once.

@sapir6515 There was never Israel before 1948. It is ridiculous to call it 'conflict' The Apartheid Israel It's a settler colonialism funded by western powers. GAZA is the biggest Open Air prison in the World. It is surrounded by walls and military check points and no one can leave or enter without permission by Apartheid Israel; they're kept in cage.
HRW reports clearly says Israel's 2018 "nation state" law - declaring that only Jews have the right of self-determination in the country - "provides a legal basis to pursue policies that favor Jewish Israelis to the detriment" of the country's 21% Arab minority, who regularly complain of discrimination.

@@Abominable1 Don't ever post lies...Now read the officials:
HRW said Israel's 2018 "nation state" law - declaring that only Jews have the right of self-determination in the country - "provides a legal basis to pursue policies that favor Jewish Israelis to the detriment" of the country's 21% Arab minority, who regularly complain of discrimination.

@Steve-qs9eq You already made your choice, you are in the wrong side of history and a bad liar. .
