I had the same experience. Today I hope you feel as vindicated as I do.

I live in Vietnam where everybody is a trained Marxist. After 10 years of ablect poverty, Vietnam adopted free market reforms in 1986 and quickly became one of the fastest growing economies in the world. Today Vietnam is one of the most capitalst countries I've ever seen as they have completely abandoned Marxism.

@D-Fens_1632 America's invasion of Vietnam was a horrendous mistake. All it did was kill 58,000 Americans and 3 mil Vietnamese in a totally misguided attempt to preserve a democracy that never existed. The tragic irony is that all the people of Vietnam ever wanted was to be like us. After decades of recovering from all the damage we did, they finally are. What's truly amazing is that NOBODY here harbors any animosity toward America or Americans. The people of Vietnam love Americans. They always did and they always will.

I'm glad, at least, some police are getting the message that excessive force is NOT ok.

@thomasgrabkowski8283 It's similar but the main difference is that the CCP never intended to abandon Marxist/Leninist principles. They adopted free markets long enough to build their military and take control of global supply chains. Then they reverted back to the same policies employed by Mao Zedong. Vietnam embraced free markets in 1986 and has not looked back.

@ChucksSEADnDEAD I said the Vietnamese people have always loved Americans. I never said they loved each other. Resentments between the North and South Vietnam still exist today, much like resentments between the American North and South still remain after the American Civil War. While YouTube is full of warm stories of American veterans meeting Vietnamese they fought in the war, you will never find such happy reunions between ARVN and NVA veterans. It should also be noted that the Tet Offensive was the "brilliant" idea of le Xuan, who was also the "mastermind" of the Easter Offensive and all the failed marxist economic policies that were in place between 1975 and his death in 1986. Many of the bad things that happened in Vietnam can be attributed to this one man, who wrestled power away from Ho Chi Minh. Today, Le Xuan is all but forgotten while many maintain a reverance for Ho Chi Minh.

Instead of giving up on our cities why aren't we trying to take them back?
2
I agree, very indecisive and unprofessional police work.
2
No you wouldn't.

I don't like Bragg but I agree that this officer committed a crime. He should not have hit an unarmed man in his custody. Police need to obey the law too.
1
This was excessive force. Bragg did the right thing.
1
@Givelasagna Do you think police should get a free pass to use excessive, sadistic force?
1
This wasn't a case of wrongful arrest. It was excessive force on the part of the officer.
1
I agree. Repuplicans should be supporting reparations in places like Chicago.
1
I agree. This police officer is a criminal and he is getting WAY too much praise in the comments.

Three years ago I was disowned by my woke friends and family members for having the audacity to suggest that BLM was a scam. Today I feel 100% vindicated.
1
Unfortunatly, the police force in America is full of people like you. That is what makes people like Bragg possible.
1
Does that include nealing on their neck?
1
Is it the job of police to hit people out of fear?
1
WHY aren't the Republicans running candidates in these Democrat destroyed cities?
1
Who is insuring lululemon?
1
When is the Republican party going to stop abandoning American cities and start capitalizing on the countless issues that have arisen in these Democrat destroyed nightmarish hellholes?
1
Sean really laid an egg with this video.
1
Who is the victem here?
1
@KitKat24531 So, if I punch you in the face you will consider me to be the victim.
1
@mattmurphy7030 I'll take your childish attempt to dodge my question as a "NO". Thank you for acknowledging that perpetrators of violence, such as the police officer in this video, are not victims.
1
@XiaoFury You're experience confirms that most people are cowards so they support the bullies rather than the victims because it's safer for them. Standing up to bullies is a lonely endeavor and anyone who undertakes it had better be prepared to take on the frightend majority of spineless turncoats who will join the bullies to silence you. The police are bullies with a badge.
1
@joshspencer830 My response is that the police officer in this video committed a crime and deserves to be punished and barred from ever serving as a police officer again. Furthermore, anyone who supports what he did is a coward.
1
@joshspencer830 No one is disputing that the officer struck an unarmed man who was in his custody. This is a crime and you know it. Stop being such a coward and admit the truth.
