  1. Just another excuse to bloat the military budget. Investors must be thrilled, but increasing the pay of our troops, no such interest. You can't make money off of that, less taxes, but an investment in the industries making the bombs, this pier thing and other weapons. Boy of boy does it pad their pockets. "What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul in the process?"
