  2. I've run out of words to describe the heartbreak. The disregard for human life that we are all witnessing has broken any confidence I had that the United States is a just nation. It is not. To stand back and do nothing or to block efforts to stop this has destroyed that illusion. Praying always to God to make this stop and to bring comfort to all who are suffering.

  4. I"ve been struck by the Israeli Prime Ministers apparent lack of concern for the human toll this war is taking on a civilian population. Then I was confronted with the Leader of Hamas and his statements, which showed a willingness and complete lack of concern for the lives being lost in Gaza as well. It appears to me that we are seeing the work of two very dangerous men at the helm on both sides of this conflict who have little or no concern for the lives of the innocent. Seeing them as just collateral damage in this horrible situation. The Hamas madman stating that he expected the massive response and loss of lives in Gaza and it was business as usual, as he was sitting in safety, well groomed, fed, with water and other things to drink. I'd sincerely like to know if he is just evil or if, when and to whom he sold his soul and made willing to sacrifice the people whom he is supposed to lead, protect and support.

  6. From my understanding the Israeli PM was never a man of peace. Very much the opposite. The disproportionate response to the Hamas attack has in at least my eyes colored my perception of Israel and its Army. It's also damaging my previous unwavering support of the United States, which I felt was an honor to serve as a veteran and as a civilian on government defense contracts. If the United States, as is being reported, is unable to influence Israel's use of weapons against civilian targets, the United States has an obligation to not supply such weapons, period! As was mentioned, we want no part of this obvious genocide.

One very good point that was made by the head of the UN agency for humanitarian aid is that after the ICJ ruling that clearly stated that the Israeli government must allow unhindered aid to enter Gaza. The response from the Isreali authorities was to cut aid entering by 50%. That doesn't even take into the account the unfounded accusations that 12 UN aid staff were somehow involved in the Oct 7th attack and immediately 19 countries stopped funding immediately for the largest and most co-ordinated agency able to deliver the much needed aid into Gaza safely. The negotiations include actually following through with what the ICJ ruled as part of what the Israeli side is offering, which should already be happening outside of the negotiations, as in humanitarian aid being allowed to enter. Using what they were already told to do as a negotiation chip. That is why Hamas has not accepted that part of the offer. In addition, we all saw what happened after the last "humanitarian pause". The IDF started right back up with a vengeance, increased the killing, increased the forced displacement and increased the starvation, dehydration and attacks on medical facilities, doctors, aid workers and journalists. All with a nod of approval from the United States as their mouths say stop stop and they send more money, more weapons and continue the propaganda campaign to justify a genocide happening on our watch, before our eyes, in our days.

  9. What a blessing that this man is able to bring some joy and happiness into the lives of precious children enduring things that they are too young to understand. What a blessing to be able to bring even a short time of distraction to bring out the spark of childhood, the enthusiasm and the innocents within them back. Praise be to God for kind, compassionate and caring men such as he is. May he see his vision for the future unfold and may the children of Gaza remember the kindness, support and the outpouring of love that was as they go forward and not just the wounds of war that came upon them.   11. Always praying for the people of Gaza. You are always in my heart and on my mind. Today is Independence day in the United States, I'm no celebrating. We got our independence, we fought for it and were never called terrorists. Yet, we turned around and slaughtered, stole land from, starved, displaced and terrorized the Natives of this land, put them on reservations, broke treaty after treaty with them, stole their children, their culture, their language, their dignity, their food supply, their water and their rights as free people as they had always been. We were the horrors, the monsters, calling others savages, when we ourselves were full of wickedness and the Natives of this land we called savages were pure. And here we are again, on the wrong side of history, having learned nothing but to steal, kill, destroy and dehumanize our fellow man. We think we got away with it, or they did who did it, but they were wrong. They got away with nothing, not a one of them. And the Israelis think they are getting away with this as well. They won't. The price they will pay is not even worth imagining and they will bear the pain and suffering they will face alone. ♾

He alone knows who is guilty and who is not and will repay them accordingly. We've seen in the US how resistant people can be when they've enjoyed a superior place for whatever reason, they liked thinking they are better than other people due to the color of their skin, their wealth or their religion. No one is ever "tempted to" give to charity, give a meal to someone in need, stop to help another when their vehicle breaks down or extend a hand of help to another, with no expectation of a single benefit for themselves. They are "compelled" by God to do that. Be merficul, be kind, be forgiving, be generous, be what you may have needed at one time when you were in the ash heap yourself. And never become what you hate or what you hated. God's fruits are positive energy, all good, all loving, all joy, all peace, all kindness. Let those be your fruits also. ♾

  21. There is no good reason to close already established schools and mosques. Limiting immigration is one thing. Oppressing those who are already there and contributing to society is a completely different ball game. I'd encourage him to change his stance from an Offensive one to a balanced one of unity, dignity and fairness for all. It's not a defense to take dramatic and aggressive acts against your already existing population. I admire the great minds of the Dutch population and creativity of engineering I've seen from the Netherlands. Engineers are deep and balanced thinkers. Understanding reason and good at predicting outcomes in order to mitigate or prevent them. Not sure how strong faith is there. It seems as if Science is their God. Haven't looked into it. But now is not the time to stir the pot. If you've no fear of God Almighty, then at least fear your standing of humanitarian rights seriously. Not one to talk, as I sit here in the United States.   24. This is such a travesty of Justice. Yes, the Palestinian people of Gaza deserve to live, just like everyone else. The friken drones get on my last nerve, I can't imagine living with those all day and night long. It's psychological warfare on the innocent, the unarmed and children of all ages. I pray daily that they'd just fall out of the sky or that those operating them will either refuse to or fall ill from continuing to torment these people with them. It's all so cruel, it's all barbaric, it's all so evil, every bit of it. Continuing to fast and pray for my brothers and sisters, the little ones, who are suffering from all of this. May the Lord thy God bring peace, justice and safety for Gazans', for the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem Palestinians. Give them food! Give them water! They don't even want to see you in the Hospital. We have outpatient Urgent care or you make an appointment to see your doctor. Unless you've had a heart attack, stroke or are in critical condition you won't be admitted period.

This needs to stop now and bringing in aid from air, land and sea only to have more civilians killed, injured, suffering once again doesn't make sense either.
