I've run out of words to describe the heartbreak. The disregard for human life that we are all witnessing has broken any confidence I had that the United States is a just nation. It is not. To stand back and do nothing or to block efforts to stop this has destroyed that illusion. Praying always to God to make this stop and to bring comfort to all who are suffering.
