  2. Girls and women have been programmed in our society to be nice. Being nice in this society will get you killed. Stop being nice and be wise, prudent in your interactions, using good discretion, even making a scene if you feel threatened. Let me repeat, being nice will get you killed, raped or assaulted. Stop it! "Be sharp as serpents yet innocent as doves." When you're in one of these toxic relationships you know that your privacy will not be respected and anything you write that might be negative will enrage a violent and/or controlling man. What I did to break the cycle of allowing an abusive man back in, or getting ride of one, is I would stand in front of my mirror after weeping and suffering that they'd inflicted upon me and memorizing what that person had actually done to me. The mess that they had made of me by their actions, so I would not forget and allow them back to do it all over again. Cheaters, cheat that's what they do, the same for liars and thieves. They love it, they get a thrill out of it and will never stop. I won't get into the God thing here, but even if it's real, you've been scared too much by them to not be triggered at the slightest things that they might do. Keep them away. You have to cut the string to free yourself because they will never let you go, they break up in a way that leaves you uncomfortable so they can walz right back whenever they need a fix of your hurt, sorrow or groveling at their feet. You can't let them, it's up to you, take your power back and keep it as the treasure that it is, you are as well, never forget that. You are enough and you are worthy of kindness, love, consideration and respect, nothing less.

  3. This is the best explanation that I've ever heard or read as to why I kept dating the same man in a different body. I did finally wake up and realize that I'm like a magnet for the worst of the worst types. The good news is that once their fassod would slip even just a little bit, catching them in a lie or beginning the control, showing inconsistencies in what they say and what they'd do, I'd hit the door running and not look back. This came after wasting too much time, taking too much abuse and picking myself up off the floor repeatedly enough times for me to seek counseling, advice and books.
