  1. I had a feeling about that. I've seen first hand how a child with autism will not be understood or accepted by one parent or the other. The dad is this story didn't seem terribly happy that his son was found. Some people think that having a child with a disability of some sort is less of a gift than any other child. Autism is complicated and some people don't understand that the child or young man can't help who they are, can't change it. They are however fearfully and wonderfully made, just like the rest of us and men especially need to stop getting their manhood confused with being a real man and protecting your child with your life if need be.
