HMS BELFAST If the Bismarck had not been would've made it to Brest it's going to wreak havoc in the Royal Navy as the Revenges won't be enough of an escort to stop the Modern Bismarck. So the Royal Navy would have to use the remaining KGVs as escorts to their convoys which is going to diminish the overall modern battleship strength of the Royal Navy or they could just make two battleship escorts for a convoy which is also bad as the Royal is already thinly stretched. But that will not last long as if the Raid of Saint Nazire still goes successfully then Germany will have to recall Bismarck back as the Normandie drydock the only drydock that could fit something as large as Bismarck had been destroyed and will remain destroyed until the end of WW2. And Tirpitz by this point will be in Norway and with the destruction of the Normandie drydock just like in reality she will not go into the Atlantic with the only drydock that could fit her having been destroyed.

@WALTERBROADDUS Yeah the U-boat was a much more threat to convoys in WW2 but they'll meet their demise much sooner than later anyways
