  1. i had a gerber on my hip in a real survival situation. was a tungsten blade so hard to compare as it couldnt be sharpened. but i feel like they cop a bad rap through the bear grylls association. all round i feel like the one tested here did extremely well for what it was. they seem to have skimped out where it counts i guess
