  6. He IS the victim, people who turn to drugs are often people who struggle massively with mental health. He was. Drug addicts are not evil, they're trying to cope with their problems and don't know how.

They might even stop caring about their own wellbeing, hence, they don't care that they're dangerous, some might want it to take their lives. You are extremely ignorant about drug addiction and why people turn to it. You think that someone who was abused as a child and turns to drugs to take them away from the pain ISN'T a victim? Are you mental? Treating them as fucking criminals doesn't work.
