  1. Eh. It's pretty good, but it's marred by what came before it. Batman V. Superman was such a bad movie, but I think the DCEU would have survived if ZS JL had been released in 2017 instead of the Joss Whedon version.

  3.  @НикитаКузмрн  "put some shit as feminism, woman more stronger than men" I think what happens is that they try to portray what some Hollywood execs think feminism is, which is why it turns out bad. Regarding politics, that's always been the case - action movies from the 80s and 90s, war movies, Westerns, etc. The issue, I think, is that we used to watch those movies when we were kids or teenagers, so we didn't care about the political stuff - we just took it as is and enjoyed the story. Or if the movie was old enough, we were already far removed from that political context. But now, as adults, we actually have political opinions ourselves so we notice when movies make political statements about current day issues.

  5.  @tonystank2680  I partly disagree, and here's why: 1. The mood in ZSJL is much more mature and doesn't have the schlocky attempts at humour from the Whedon version. 2. The villains are now more fleshed out, with Steppenwolf no longer being a shit looking CGI monster that keeps saying "mother" over and over. Instead he looks much better and has a purpose that makes more sense. We also see relationships between villains. 3. Cyborg gets so much character development, whereas in Whedon's version he's a forgettable character. 4. The Amazons are far more competent in ZSJL. 5. We got a better explanation of what the motherboxes do. 6. We got Flash's time travel scene. 7. We no longer had that sub-plot with the Russian family. The look of the whole thing seems much more polished, it has better colours etc.

  7. Oh, I don't like Gene Hackman's version of Luthor. At the time, Luthor in the comics was a genius scientist and inventor whereas in Donner's Superman movies he is just a property mogul mostly played as a comedic villain, or as comic book critic Peter Sanderson puts it: "a used car salesman wielding nuclear missiles". For me, the best on-screen versions of Lex Luthor are the ones from the DCAU and Smallville.

  8.  @tonystank2680  Eh, I'm happy we got it in the end. I've watched worse TV shows which totalled many more hours than ZSJL.
