@TheBT Indeed. There's always the possibility that a suspect is innocent, which is why it's the responsibility of the justice system to prove guilt, with evidence beyond a shadow of a doubt. Until that happens, the media should stay quiet and not broadcast a suspect's name to the public. The victim's name being made public is different, because the person's death is an established fact. They don't need to have a trial to figure out if the person really died or not.
