@colloquialsoliloquy6391 Peterson is often wrong and he makes esoteric connections that just aren't justified. For example, in his debate with Matt Dillahunty he wrongly claimed that one cannot stop smoking without a supernatural intervention. He also claimed several times in public talks (so not just interviews) that the depictions of entangled serpents in ancient art represent DNA strands, which is a wildly unjustified claim. His claims that one cannot be moral without a belief in God is just a regurgitation of what countless religious apologists have wrongly claimed before him. His opinion that Christianity should sit at the core of our moral values is just bad – I wouldn't even qualify it as wrong, just bad – not unlike Muslim apologists who claim Islam should dictate our moral values. His old fashioned traditionalist views on the strict gender roles men and women should abide - you can say these aren't exactly "wrong" since they are a subjective opinion, but they are completely at odds with goals of liberty, equality, freedom of thought and freedom of expression.
