  1. I really don't understand what the point is. So basically David Pakman agrees that there are IQ differences in ethnic groups, but then goes on to explain some of the socioeconomic factors which have contributed to this. OK... and? What's the point? Is Harris's view that these factors have not influenced people's IQs? If not, then what exactly is the disagreement? And also, why the fuck is IQ such a contentious topic?
