  1.  @ctscantechnologist  The sad thing is, it is actually beneficial. Why? Because 90% of inner city kids are born out of wedlock. More than half do not have one book in the house. Getting those kids into some structured learning environment beats the alternative. Of course the government created that mess in the first place.
