@periwinkleparis225 A couple, both of whom were fugitives from the law, backed up a Jeep they were driving right at the guy. He fired six times, killing the female. She was 40, her husband 25.

@KindredKaye I would add to what I wrote above: 1. Howard knew that the driver was a fugitive 2. The driver had driven 100 MPH in an attempt to escape 3. Howard waited for backup before approaching the vehicle 4. The driver drove right at Howard before Howard shot in self defense There is a reason Howard was cleared.

@KindredKaye That a major strawman: "Do people really deserve to die because they didn't listen to a police officer's directions?" No one is claiming that, as you know. It's like when people claim that Minneapolis PD applies the death penalty to people who use cointerfeit $20 bills. Those making that claim are either obtuse or dishonest.
