Not only why, but how could she possibly have shot herself with her left hand, considering the strength it takes to shoot a handgun? Who has a night out with friends, then suddenly, without a hint of warning, rushes into the bathrroom, locks the door, and immediately shoots herself in the head? That is a partial list of questions that the defense can't answer, because his story made absolutely no freaking sense at all.

  3. @TamiTribbiani-im1go  Because we can see he was wearing different clothes in the lobby camera vs. what he had on in the police bodycam. The perp himself said that she was a righthander. Had she been ambidextrous, he would have said that. And we both know that something requiring the strength of shooting a handgun, especially when done by a female, is not something that would be done with the weaker hand. By the way, mental health professionals note, and statistics confirm, that women do NOT off themselves with a shotgun blast to the head. Too messy, too ugly. They use pills, or carbon monoxide poisoning.

Note: Using all capital letters, which denotes shouting, is not a substitute for intelligent thought. Try dialing down the hostility, and learn to communicate nicely.

  7. @SheenaParker-v4l  He is exactly where he belongs. While there are many bizarre parts to this story, the question is whether he - beyond a doubt - committed this crime. And the answer is: absolutely yes. The amount of evidence is stacked sky high.
