Let me further add that the husband/father would undoubtedly have found another way to get at his victim had he not manipulated his daughter into it. Does anyone really believe that he would have otherwise just let it go? "Oh, never mind, I'll just let her live in peace." Who could possibly believe that?

  17.  @adilahrose8458  1. Where do you get the idea that her younger siblings knew better? Doesn't say that anywhere in this video. 2. Everyone knows that children of separation/divorce desperately want their parents to reconcile. She was tight with her dad, and he abused that trust. She was a teenager. How can you blame her? 3. Let's make believe that her daughter had not gone along. Does anyone actually believe that the criminal wouldn't have found a different way to get at his wife? Nah, he would have let her live in peace, right?? Seriously.

  18.  @MarieM-ui4bu  She was highly manipulated by her father. Do you remember being 14? Her father could have sold her the Brooklyn Bridge. Somewhere in this comment section - you should be able to find it easily, as there aren't all too many comments - some woman wrote about being manipulated as a girl by her father into despising her mother, only to come to a later realization of how badly she had been used by him. Read the comment. It's hardly unique. I should add that both society and the law makes room for mistakes made by people of all ages, and doubly so for those under legal age. This girl was obviously not the one driving this, but was manipulated badly by a cruel parent. Now age 20, she already feels terrible. Should we condemn her to a lifetime of humiliation?

Anyone who watched the last few minutes of the video and/or followed the trial knows that your claims are the opposite of the truth.

  25.  @Vgs183  Her father, whom she adored, had spent weeks manipulating her into believing that he was looking to reconcile. The poor girl was tricked by someone she loved and trusted, and has spent years in therapy trying to deal with the guilt. I say let's quit piling on.

Would you have preferred that I type it out separately each time? It would look exactly the same, you know.

  31.  @lindseyyoung9149  Or ask yourself why people would viciously attack a traumatized kid where she may well read the comments, and then appreciate everyone who is here defending her from the voracious commenters who are hounding her. Some people enjoy playing golf or watching cartoons. My hobby is defending the unfairly accused, for which I make no apologies.
