Giselle? Yes. Mario? Not so much.
14
That's a little rough, don't you think?
13
@inseasonandoutofseason How do you know that? It appears that they did have a relationship.
9
Why do you think the apology was fake? I didn't see that at all.
7
How long is your rap sheet?
7
@dodosasa9973 She made herself very easy to get advantage taken of. Can't buy love.
6
Or they thought he was a selfish baby. Because he obviously was.
5
She was reckless
4
You write like you've been his therapist for 20 years when you don't know the guy from apples. If he knocked on your door you wouldn't recognize him.
4
Best I can tell, he is still behind bars. In 2017 he was nailed for having a cell phone, and had 3 1/3 years added to his sentence.
4
@christinalock9937 Fascinating. Next, please tell us what you do for a living, how many hours you slept last night, and what you ate for lunch today.
4
@melodiexu5625 He was half her freaking age
4
@laprimo21 Her behavior was reckless.
4
Convicted in 2007. 3 1/3 years added in 2017 for possession of a cell phone. Apparently still behind bars.
4
@elizabethmcleod246 She acted stupidly
4
@imdoneplus No, of course you're right. Silly me. Picking up random men - with long arrest records - at stoplights? Excellent idea. What could possibly go wrong?
3
@imdoneplus Because in 2003 it was considered really safe to pick up random men at stoplights? PS - there were background checks in 2003 as well. It wasn't 1903.
3
The mindreaders are back. As if.
3
You! Use! A! Lot! Of! Exclamation! Points!

10:16 "Together, it was shaping up to be a powerful case against Michael Jamrock." No, it wasn't. Motive, means and opportunity? That is the start of identifying a suspect. It is hardly serious evidence. Failed lie detector test? There is a good reason those things are not admissible in court. Let's not confuse ancillary nonsense with real evidence.
3
@chocolatefudge5263 What an absurd thing to write. Shame on you.
3
Thank you for that. Those polygraphs are a joke.
3
Why?
3
@imdoneplus Lol! "Most people have a DUI" - like hell. I will add that getting caught driving under the influence is usually a sign of a drinking problem as it is. Furthermore, the men she dated had far more issues than one DUI. Most importantly, no sane woman finds it rational - or safe - to pick up dates at stoplights, with no background information, then bring them home with her. Behavior like that is the very definition of reckless, and she engaged in persistently reckless behavior, which is how she ended up dead. Legally her fault? Obviously not. But no sane person would claim that her behavior wasn't wildly ill-advised.

48 Hours started as a newsmagazine in the 1980s, essentially a spinoff of 60 Minutes. They would spend 48 Hours on location researching a story, therefore the name. At some point they did a true crime story, and ratings were terrific. Eventually they turned the show into one which almost exclusively covers true crime. The original show name was never changed, though.

@octaviahollywood635 I! Was! Simply! Making! An! Observation!

Jan 19, 2008.
2
@Tejah And he probably won't get out too soon either. He got 3 1/3 years added to his sentence in 2017 for having a cell phone im prison.
2
Just stop
2
Plea deal
2
Wrong-o. Convicted in 2007, still in prison.
1
In the 1980s? True crime wasn't big on TV yet.
1
Oh please You feminists
1
@BunnySlippers82 They added 3 1/3 years to his sentence in 2017 for possession of a cell phone.
1
@BunnySlippers82 👍
1
Police had to investigate him, obviously.
1
@Amber-rk6em No, he wouldn't. They'd moved past him by then.
1
@markthomas Jamrock made sense as a suspect. Not looking into him would have been insane.
1
@lauralei6963 800,000 cops are responsible for one guy heckling? Uh huh.
1
Hasn't been yet, and it's been 16.
1
True. But he hardly seems like an intellectual.
1
Convicted in 2007, still in prison.
1
You know this story is almost 20 years old, right?
1
@Lonesome__Dove No, it doesn't. Some folks understand the presumption of innocence.
1
🤮
1
@lunacielo7680 Fascinating argument you brought there. Were you on the debate team in college? Because I am blown away by the brilliance of your rhetoric.
1
@melodiexu5625 Anyone who dates someone a generation younger (or, on the other side of the coin, a generation older), well, expect people to notice and ask questions. Maybe not if that is just one person they dated. But if they only date people vastly younger? Suffice it to say that Leo Decaprio has taken many hits, rightfully so, for going that route. That's Step One. Step Two is absolutely the gender thing. It is far stranger when the woman is vastly older than the man than vice versa. Why? Because men are attracted to looks, and women to wealth and power. Women can find Robert Redford sexy at age 78 even if they are young enough to be his daughter. No man in my lifetime ever pined for the Queen of England, I assure you. As to Linda Fishman? Her near-exclusive interest in men who would never have found her atttactive unless they were blind? Something strange going on there.
1
@squarepeg4227 Lol! You poor thing.
1
Lol
1
Never heard of a plea deal? Study up.
1
Convicted in 2007, apparently still incarcerated.
1
More times than the wheels on my Toyota
1
@Stiasteny Jeez, just admit when you're wrong.
1
@Stiasteny The killer gave a detailed admission in court, yet you're still disputing it? Jeez, girl. At least you're attractive, so that's good.
1
@zakariafarah1101 She hadn't when she commented initially. Read this thread through.
1
@Mataylor17 Actually, the problem is the leftist judges blocking forced incarceration of the dangerously mentally ill.
1
@k1ngaagaard What in the world are you talking about?
