Probably guilty, but they did NOT show enough beyond reasonable doubt. Deciding the entire case based upon him saying the gun was on her side? Are they insane??

@denamombeini2476 Not necessarily the case. On a cool day, fingerprints don't happen as easily. And it doesn't sound lime they checked the gun in a timely fashion. Anyway, that is not terribly related to my point.

That is NOT evidence

@MartaRC32 I have not read up on this case, but what they showed here was less than definitive.

That's what you call evidence? Really??

Especially right after the first session. If it didn't go well, maybe she lost hope?

1. The ME and the DNA expert are both black women. The juror is woman with multicolored hair and a tattoo. Alabama sure is changing! 2. Investigator looks like younger Alex Murdaugh.

@ola123292 Unless there is further evidence left out of this video, this appears well short of "beyond a reasonable doubt". Are we to believe that she sat perfectly still in the driver's seat while her husband shot her twice? Why didn't she fight back, or try to escape? That doesn't make a lot of sense. Anyway, trying to read people's minds while listening to a tape of a 911 call is dangerous business. That is the sort of "evidence" that routinely got innocent people executed in the old days. Along came DNA and the Innocence Project, and we found out that human beings are lousy mindreaders. Real evidence should not be confused with mindreading.

@taghazoutmoon5031 What??!

@mandywarski2414 And your point is?

@cali.girllivinnnevada8 Anyone who considers that to be definitive evidence should stay very far off of juries. PS - Every person in the world thinks that they can "just tell" and that their instinct is always correct. The result of which has been countless innocent people convicted of crimes they did not commit, with some of them executed as a result. Evidence matters. Hunches don't.
