Right, there is none, just people throwing out wild accusations in order to feel smart. Please, please never sit on a jury. Because that is exactly how and why innocent people get convicted.

Any rational, unbiased person understands that someone can be dating without commencing sexual relations. Those who jump to conclusions based upon elevating motions over known facts should never be in a position of deciding anyone's guilt or innocence.
