  1. The prosecution later admitted that the death may have been accidentally caused by the brother. The mom admitted she lied about the shower. She took a plea, and got probation.

  2.  @kushina.4021  She admitted that she lied about the shower, but still claims that everything else she said was true. Apparently some of the evidence did in fact back her version of events. Ultimately, they simply didn't have a strong enough homicide case against her.
