  1. I'm just trying to figure out how a place that hasn't been touched in 13 years is so clean and orderly? You'd think it would be a dusty, cob-web-covered mess.

  2. If someone is smart, they'll open that place as it is, and for the first few months business will be flying! Then sell it quick, because there is a pretty good chance that all the buzz would die down soon enough.
