@Salute_vet22 I suspect that you know the answer to that question, and it's not poor people. It is an extremely tiny percentage of a certain segment of society.

99.9999% of black people don't pull these stunts. But every one of these videos shows black perps. I have yet to see one white person do this.

@Iog We are all best off judging individuals as individuals. Somehow Thomas Sowell, who grew up in a broken home, read lots of books and studied away and became one of the smartest people alive.
