@aaronm.3581 You are correct that AOC began with a condemnation of the Cuban government, but then saved the majority of her statement - and her venom - for the US. Are we at the point that a US Congresswoman gets points for also condemning a mass-murdering totalitarian government as an aside to blaming the US for the communist country's problems? Yes, that makes her marginally better than BLM, which actually supports the Cuban totalitarian Marxists. Doesn't make AOC a hero though.

@tracerbullet420 Major problem? Yes. EVERY problem? No chance. The 1960s radicals started the ball rolling towards where it is now not only fully socially acceptable to have premarital sex, it is actually socially unacceptable to remain chaste until marriage. The extremely high rate of children who grow up in single parent homes, many of whom have no relationship with their fathers, is a major problem in society today. Even within the schooling, you underestimate the unintentional harm done thanks to the teachers' unions'-controlled Democrat Party, which ensures that a large majority of inner city youth learn nothing at all in school. That is not a result of intentional indoctrination; it is due to official incompetence so as to ensure a jobs program for lousy teachers and a large paycheck for their union bosses, at the expense of this country's children.
