  3.  @jeannieh3661  If Ronald Hammond is the best you got, then you have nothing. Hammond received 20 years for violating parole on a crack cocaine charge by possessing a small amount of pot. Was his sentence fair? Certainly not. But he didn't get a minute in prison for marijuana possession. He got time for parole violation after trying to sell crack to a cop.
