@Dippins Finland and Sweden are two examples of European countries with very high gun ownership rates and tiny rates of violent crime. El Salvador has tight gun control laws and massive amounts of violent crime. Brazil had very strict rules before Bolsonaro, and five times the rate of violent crime as in the US. Bolsonaro made gun ownership far easier, to the consternation of the New York Times and other US-based leftists - and the result was a 34% decline in violent crime.

@JohnDoe-sl6di Socialized medicine a)is only possible because the US subsidizes the rest of the world's healthcare, and b)is a terrible failure, as has been demonstrated repeatedly. Now, considering the fact that the US shoulders much of the cost of other countries' socialized medicine and yet it still fails, imagine if the US went that route, leaving no one to pay for medical availability and advances? It would be an utter disaster. God forbid we go that horrendous route.
