"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Don't start infringing on the Bill of Rights, because that will end up where you don't want it and least expect it. There is another option, you know: vote in someone else.

  6.  @Carterjl2  The First Amendment applies equally to public and private individuals. If AOC violates the Brandenburg rule, she would be criminally liable. But she hasn't.

  12.  @sergeantmasson3669  Your claims are a mix of fact and fiction. AOC did in fact graduate from BU with a double major of International Relations and Economics. She certainly has not been fired from every job she had. It is true that her publishing firm failed, and that she still owes taxes in relation to that. Her getting elected had absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with anyone else being accused of domestic violence. She was part of the opposition to Amazon's HQ2 plans for NYC, but not its leader. And I've seen no evidence whatsoever that her claim of being a bartender is false.
