  2. ​ @DharmaBum1984  That is a myth, helpfully propagated by the left. Fact is, the right believes in individual freedom, while the far left wants to hand over all controls to the government. The National Socialists in Germany in the 1930s had plenty in common with the Communists. (Notice the name "socialist".) The left takes a slightly more circuitous route towards handing over full control to the government and taking away individual rights, in that the left initially claims that they are for the people. Soon enough, though, the people have no rights, and an authoritarian government is in place. Ask those who lived in the USSR and much of the rest of Eastern Europe, as well as Cuba, Venezuela, etc. All those movements end up in the same, which is the far left - individual rights trumped by state control of everything. The right is on the side of individual freedom. Join the conservative side.

  3.  @DharmaBum1984  I wrote a long explanation, which YT immediately censored, of course. Suffice it to say that communism and fascism are both of the left, and essentially the same system: Individual rights subsumed by the state.

  4.  @DharmaBum1984  That is how the left propagandizes it, but it is not accurate. The right believes in individual rights, and the far left does not. The similarities between living under dictatorships that are supposedly "right" or "left" - all left, actually - are obvious. Rather live in 1930s Italy, or Cuba? Who cares? No individual rights, miserable living conditions, autocratic rule. Mussolini and Castro? Ideological twins, even if the Castros of the world talk a better game. Those regimes that remove individual rights, even if they do so in the supposed name of "people's rights", are by definition the opposite of conservative.

  6. The second point, about JD Vance vs Randi Weingarten, demonstrates clearly the moral bankruptcy of the endlessly dishonest left, who eat up this type of MSNBC vomit as if it were remotely truthful or worthwhile.
